Legal notice

This site presents Antisy’s anti-bot product, receives sign-ups to the waiting list and hosts the customers’ dashboard.

Version in force since

Audience measurement of this site, not of customer sites: PostHog, a processor of Antisy, keeps the data in the European Union (Germany). The measurement stores nothing in the browser (neither a cookie nor local storage) and records no session: it sends the pages viewed, the exits from a page and the clicks on links and buttons, without the parameters of the addresses. A browser that asks not to be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”) sends nothing, and the measurement can be refused in the privacy policy: “Do not measure me”.

Antisy’s hosting (the API, the dashboard and their data) is at Infomaniak, in Geneva, Switzerland; it has been in service since 27 October 2026. Contact details of the host: Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Genève, Switzerland (according to its invoice, to be confirmed against the contract).

Use of this site

These terms apply to every visitor to this site. The service itself, the dashboard and the API, is governed by the general terms and conditions.

  • Purpose: this site presents Antisy, its anti-bot product and its documentation. What it says is said in good faith, for information; the prices and the commitments that bind Antisy are those of the contract.
  • Availability: Antisy makes no commitment as to the availability of this site. It may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
  • Intellectual property: the texts, the illustrations and the logo of this site are the property of Antisy; their reproduction requires its consent, subject to the right of quotation. The code examples of the documentation may be reused and adapted to integrate Antisy into your sites. “Antisy” is the trade name of Antisy Sàrl (trademark not yet registered); Antisy’s software is protected by copyright; the Node integration kit @antisy/sdk is under the MIT licence.
  • Links: links to other sites are given for information; Antisy is not responsible for their content.
  • A vulnerability: it is reported as the Security page says.
  • Governing law: Swiss law; the place of jurisdiction is that of the section “Governing law and place of jurisdiction” below.

Use of the product: defence only

Antisy does defence only. No traffic is sent to a third-party system without the written mandate of its owner.

Swiss law. The ordinary courts of the canton of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction.
